Returns & Exchanges

At Ruggable, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, like-new condition. Please note that a $25 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your Rug Cover with the pattern facing out and place it back into its original packaging or a similar protective mailing tube.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
